Important notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vinpkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 4.5 Account sharing is prohibited. Your Account is personal to you and must not be used by any other person.

7.4 Abuse of Promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using prohibited betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vinpkr's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 vinpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.3 vinpkr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 vinpkr accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws governing online gambling in your jurisdiction.

12.1 vinpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice where:
12.2 Upon termination of your Account for cause, any Balance derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity is subject to forfeiture. Legitimate Account balances will be returned to the verified funding source following the completion of any applicable investigation.
